Staff and drinks were wonderful. Just a walk down to Wagamama, where you can have lunch. Our room was very clean. We liked it, it was GOAT!

Everything is just fantastic at this guest house, including staff and location. Really enjoyed kitchen we had in the room. They offer eggs and porridge in the morning.

The property is based in the heart of the town. There was an excellent breakfast. It was easy to get to farmoor reservoir and university college was also close to this place
